Dear Defender,
As you may be aware, Kensington Developments lodged a planning application with Fylde Borough Council on 14/05/2008 for further development of the Lytham Quays site and Graving Dock Rd. This has now gone to Appeal as a decision was not reached by Fylde borough Council in enough time.
I would urge you to write with your objections to further expansion of the site. Pointers can be found on our website to assist you with reasons for objection. The letters must arrive with the inspector by 29/04/09. You must send 3 copies of your letter to:
The Planning Inspectorate
3/18A, Temple Quay House,
2, The Square, Temple Quay,
Bristol
BS1 6PN.
Please quote the Inspectorate's reference in all correspondence - APP/M2325/A/09/2099366/NWF. Application no 08/0476.
The Inspectorate's case officer is Mr. N .Patch. A guide to taking part in appeals is available upon request from the Customer Contact Centre,Clifton Drive South, St. Annes or telephone 01253 658658.
Please write and let your objections be known. It would be very helpful to us if you could also let us know that you have done this, and send us a copy of your letter. We do not need further expansion on this site.
Thanking you in anticipation as we all defend Lytham,
Alison Jack
Chairman of Defend Lytham
